Intec is pleased to announce the newest addition to our support team…Michael Jenkins. Mike comes to us from Dayton OH and is excited to move into the Greater Cincinnati/Northern KY area.
Mike is our newest IT Support Specialist and is a Cisco certified systems engineer with a strong skill set in systems & network support. Mike has excellent customer service abilities and will be focusing his talents on remote monitoring, management and issue resolution for our service contract clients.
We are very excited to have Mike on our team and look forward to being able to enhance our customer service experience. Welcome aboard Mike!
